  Requirements
Position Description:
PDO - The IT user support analyst, as a member of the support team, will be responsible for understanding all aspects of the business solution and its interfaces to other systems as well as supporting the Kronos application at launched plants at Ford. This will include daily interaction and relationship management with the development team and key business customers, working directly with the supplier of the scheduling and timekeeping system and Ford IT team members. The analyst will assist with business support questions and troubleshooting technical issues with all aspects of the system. Key responsibilities include: .Become SME on Kronos system configuration .Must ensure continued compliance with all corporate standards, policies, and controls .Complete appropriate documentation to assist the support team .Support the deployments at each location and previously launched locations
Skills Required:
3+ years experience with implementing complex systems at large corporations. Strong analytic skills, including experience with in-depth data analysis. Creative problem solving and business judgment. Proven ability to work independently to deliver on large, complex solutions that are highly interfaced. Strong organizational, planning and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. . Prior IT system experience . Prior Kronos system implementation experience. . Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills.
Skills Preferred:
Functional experience with HCM/WFM solution concepts such as Payroll, Benefits, Timekeeping, Accruals, Leave Management, Employee Scheduling, Attendance Management and Labor Forecasting Prior experience supporting plant applications/working in plant facilities. Ability to utilize desktop tools to accelerate communications (IM, WebEx, etc.). Open minded and accepting of new ideas
